when the plant starts to fade yellow, that's the plant telling you she's ready to be fed nutrients. looks like calmag and nitrogen at very low ec/ppm should suffice. plant is very young so be very careful with how much nutrient content you give, with also bearing in mind not to overwater.

I'm gonna guess that your in Coco. If so add 1.0 EC of nutrients a and b and calmag . pH 5.8. They look stunted and hungry.

I have the same issue, I repotted into new soil - Plagron lightmix - seemed to help , growth is green and I also fed nutes when true leaves came yet the plants are dwarfed still :(. Let me know how u get on .

If you are growing in a coco coir/perlite mix, you will have to add weak ferts as soon as they are born. Coco is basically hydro in a potter. But without a diary and limited info........

probably a toxic build up of somekind maybe you had too many nutrients in soil should be okay will some flushing :) best of luck buddy.
