when the plant starts to fade yellow, that's the plant telling you she's ready to be fed nutrients. looks like calmag and nitrogen at very low ec/ppm should suffice. plant is very young so be very careful with how much nutrient content you give, with also bearing in mind not to overwater.

I have the same issue, I repotted into new soil - Plagron lightmix - seemed to help , growth is green and I also fed nutes when true leaves came yet the plants are dwarfed still :(.

If you are growing in a coco coir/perlite mix, you will have to add weak ferts as soon as they are born.
Coco is basically hydro in a potter.
But without a diary and limited info........
