I'm using fox farm soil and nutes and about to harvest. Do you all do a final flush and if so how? Thanks in advance!!

Just stop all ferts/supplements and give only plain water for the last 5-14 days before harvest. No need to drown your plants with gallons of water!

There is no myth to this. You either prefer it or not. Try it once without a flush, and then try it with. The difference will prevail.

Organoman nailed it. Flushing is a myth end of harvest. Its a tool for correcting an issue in the medium should a toxicity/issue arise. PS fox farm feeds heavy. invest in a EC pen and control the concentration.

Hello yes i do a final flush I always recommend it even though its been proven that if the bud is cured well its near enough impossible to tell the difference between flush and non flushed bud. I digress anyway there are many ways to flush depending on your system you have some maybe easier than others. I use the continious flush method in the first 3 days its alot of work but i think a thoughrough flush is good on the first few days i can usually get the ec down from 2.1 to around 0.8 in them 3 days then its just waiting for the plant to start eating itsself then I know shes gunna be well flushed :) best of luck buddy
