Looks like LEDs are too hot. Check your canopies light exopsure and move from there. Turn your light down, wait 3 days. Dont need it at full blast yet, between 50-75%.

It's a slight nutrient burn back off the nutrients a little and you will be fine.

why are you mixing soil with coco? what type of soil, is it too hot? have you tested run off ph or ec? coco has zero nutrients and should be fertigated every watering to at least 10% runoff to keep nutrient salts from building up. soil should be fertigated every third watering and not to run off. mixing soil and coco is not the best idea. looks to me like the beginning of nute burn. imo..
