Is my seed bad?

Royal Queen Seeds, Triple G Auto was started in purified tap water with a little 3% hydrogen peroxide, on Feb 6th at around 9pm est. Never had a seed not pop within 24hr. Is this seed a dud?

Give it some time. I just popped some of this about a month ago. It was for me very reluctant as a seed. And as a seedling for that matter. They looking good now though!
