m0useanswered grow question 10 months ago I'll repeat my previous answer and add on this tidbit. Not all seeds are the same and some have better root systems as seeds are all a little bit different, small things effect them differently when they are so tiny.
previous answer:
looks like the roots where over watered in the beginning. I have done this to a lot of my seeds before, the new growth comes out all twisted like and looks like that. Its from the roots not have enough oxygen exchange from being to wet.
Its good to note that when growing with peat moss and coir a mix of 20-50% perlite is needed, it all depends how much water the medium is holding onto. A buddy of mine says 50% for peat moss and 30% for coir. I do a bit less aorund 20% but still it is needed.
Less water and next time use perlite in the mix. if anything use more perlite for starting seeds to ensure good drainage and aeration of the medium then transplant that into a bigger pot with slightly less perlite but still some.
