First true leaves brown spots and indents

Please help, first grow, all conditions are okay. I don't know about the lights. What is this missing and why are thy browning and tearing like that :( Only questionable thing would be the light. It's very close because the light is weak (2.5dli) at 20cm. I have ordered a new 1.
