Still think one of the mints were stunted and the runts are looking to be less than expected as well but either way could bone help with the bulk in these last 3/4 week

Not really, bone meal is mainly calcium which will help with trichome health, but for bulking, potassium is your friend.
Kelp meal/extracts can help here, as can humic and fulvic acids.
Using a simple P/K booster sensibly is probably the simplest solution.
