Leaves like as Leprechaun

Hi! Troubles with leaves is not resolved yet. Earlier I asked this question and many of users answer that the problem is a lot of water. But a few days later this leaves go to hell again. Nutrition is ok (as I understand ) because another bro is in perfect condition. Wtf??? )
