Nanners Late in Flowering

So, late in week 7 of a 9-to-10-week strain, I found four nanner locations on the lower half of a plant. I've removed them, misted the area, and dried the area. My question is how much damage will be done considering the stage of flowering? I appreciate your thoughts. Thank you!

nanners aren't so bad... sometimes they are importent. How quickly you removed them since they matured is part of that equation too. It may be late in flower, but if they've been there for 2-3 weeks that's plenty of time for a seed to grow. Almost better to have at least some seed growth vs tiny little things that are hard to find and remove when you break up the weed. May not want to use a grinder, lol. That'll just pulverize a seed into dust and it won't taste good.. but you get a ton of lumber with grinders too, so not a huge difference :P Expect a few seed, but probably not too bad and not enough to ruin anything. Pollen sacs are a different animal.

I had nanners on a plant before and when I tried to make seed with them I got 1 seeds. Pollen sacks or balls is the issue. Both what Organoman & SpartacusAmI said is good information. Take from it what you will.

If you removed them before they had a chance/were mature enough to shed any pollen, then there should not be any issues. If they did release some pollen, being this close to harvest, there will be very little time for seeds to form big enough to be hardly noticeable. I really wouldn't be too worried about it..........certainly there won't be anything that I would consider as "damage".

Hello. There will be very little seeding. You might find some of those not fully formed small white sort of seeds. I've found nanners over the years and almost never get fully formed seeds. There might be a concern if you have another tent in flower, if not don't worry about it. Chuck.
