Seedling "grafting" techniques

Does anyone here have experience with seedling grafting, where you plant 2 or more plants in the same container, and fuse the stems, so it effectively becomes a single plant? I want to explore this technique, but have found only a single pic/topic, please share your experience!

Entirely possible, but you will need to be precise.
Have grown a three stain plant before, but I would never bother again, just grow 3 plants, it is a lot easier and a lot quicker.
Robert Connell Clarke in his book "Cannabis Botany" describes how to do it.
