GG and FOFF

How can I grow in same 3 gallon pot with GG bloom and using ffof soil? . WHEN should I topdress the mix of GG all purpose and GG bloom into my soil so i can transitionin fro. Veg to ? Can I put it in about a week before all the nutes are used up in my ffof soil? Also using ewc.
