50% from seedlings high hanging depend what high plant you want. 50- 70cm for grow at 50%, 30- 40cm flowering 100%. Its great little light. Will using them next project

I have three of them – two for my veggies and one in my experimental growbox; just follow the manual AND (important one) see how your plants react after a day or two 😊 I usually start at around 25 % with seedlings and then go up until they seem like not liking it anymore 😊 and as for distance – I try to keep it constant and regulate only intensity 😊 peace and happy growing!
