Cutting usually does not make the person feel good, if I were you I would do super cropping after 3-4 weeks in flower instead of cutting and try to manupilate plant on the next grow, you will get more harvest from one plant in such a tent with proper

anything too far from light won't produce swollen enough buds, so i usually remove any lower branches that don't make it to canopy level as well as some of the lower bud sites on some branches that made it to canopy level

I'd cut off the bottom branches & foliage, maybe even the node above it – in general it seems like this plant would love to receive more light and those bottom parts would be popcorn-ish 😊 also consider topping or other techniques next time 😊 peace and happy growing!
