What is wrong with my Plant?

Cinderella by Fast Bud Seeds at week 9. Since week 8 tiny spots have appeared on some 30% of leaves. There's no insects behind the leaves. There is some tiny (white) bugs crawling in the soil but not on plant. PH is good, low nitrogen NPK + cal/mag being used.

Definitely bugs......check your plant a lot closer than you have been.
Mites are tiny and baby aphids almost impossible to see.
Certainly not powdery mildew.

It does look pest related it does not look like a nutrient problem. though it could also be some kind of fungai like powdery mildew what are your Humidity levels are they high ?
