Unless you know EXACTLY what needs to be done......do not do it! The chances of getting it wrong and either blowing them up or setting fire to your house are high. Do you even have the ballst/s to run them??

Dude, first of all, you're missing some parts. You need 1 lamp 2 ballast 3 ignitor 4 optional starter Let me see if I can help you out Power supply, brown or black wire and blue wire. Brown connects to the ballast, input (1) and goes out (3) from 3 to connect to the ignitor (R), from the ignitor it goes out (L) to the brown of the lamp. Brown is set. Blue goes into the ignitor (N) and comes out the same (N) to the blue of the lamp. Attention to lamp wattage W, the equipment must be equivalent in wattage.
