Flooding Ebb&Flood

Hi, just a question about irrigation cycle in Ebb&Flood, i use just rockwool slab 100*15*7.5, the table is covered with with mulch, how often and for how long do you irrigate your table? i used to flood 10-15 min everyday. can i do better?👽

You can feed them alot more than once a day ..when there in veg space out the time when feeding when small go 4 times a day space it out in the 18 hour day.. like once every 4 hours...for the 10-15 minutes of flooding the table. when the time changes and you go into flower go up to 5 to 6 times a day for the 10 -15 minutes.
