Hi 👋 Newby here. First attempt at germinating 6 seeds (from the Vault - consists of barneys and Dutch passion genetics)...started using the paper towel method..after 5 days, the shells split and I placed in a coco grow medium, buffeted with RO, and PH water... heat mat + Humidif

Hm, 14 days is a long time. My experience with good seeds is 3-5 days to germinate.
Put the seeds directly into the soil in the small pots. Make sure to maintain 22-27° with 80% RH.
I'm achieving this in a cabinet in the living room with a warm, hot cloth.

What does it mean to split the seeds, do the seeds have to sprout on their own? Maybe there was no oxygen available during the paper towel phase.
