It's a stretch and if the plants are bigger, they will suffer around the outskirts of coverage. ts1000 isn't high efficacy, so you probably want 30w/sq ft over 18 hours... if you have weak growth around outside edges, go to a 20/4 schedule and you gain another 11.1% DLI per day. (daily light integral - read the wiki to better understand how to quantify the light you give per day.. 35-40DLI is the upper end of ambient co2) This is one of the few advantages of autoflowers. if you ened to eke out a bit more from a weak light, you can bump the hours up... won't solve all problems but in this case i think it's enough. Don't do this blindly.. observe and react.. and only when it's filling entire area.. until then, keep toa normal schedule. no reasing to spend extra electricity before the plants are covering a large enough area to warrant it.

If you would like to know if your 100 true watt LED light is sufficient enough for 4 plants, yes it is. However, there are many, many other factors. Tent size, which type of plants, is it photo, f1, auto? Is it a tall sativa that will grow 4-5 ft tall or a stubby Indica that won't hit past 14 inches. Are you doing any type of training? lst, scrog, sog, ect? But to answer it very shorty, yes it is sufficient. When you increase your lights, you will in turn get a bigger yield. This is why outdoor plants ALWAYS will be bigger than indoor because NOTHING is on par with the energy the sun puts out.

If they're praying then it's a good sign. They are photosynthesizing the light and are happy when praying. Keep in mind, depending on your light schedule, the plants will also sleep and look droopy as well. They go in cycles. So if you check your tent at lets say 5pm every day and your plants are always praying and THEN one day its not praying or vise versa THEN you should dig further. But this process is completely natural.

Your light is probably just a bit to far away from the canopy.
