Yellow leaves and brown spots

My upper leaves turn yellow and brown spots are coming. Ph of soil is 6.1. There is 1 gram of dolomite of every liter pottingsoil. The is also sufficiant sulpher. Is it possibible there is to much of iron in the soil because i use rock dust.

What's your NPK ratio of your current feed? It appears they need Nitrogen. Brown spots are not related to Nitrogen; but your ph seems fine so it would come to the nutrients. Either too much or too little. Worst case, flush and re feed.
