Looking good, One thing I noticed with LST is its easier to do thing with thicker or heavier gauges of wire/twine/string. the thin stuff can sometimes cut into the plant. Some of the best items are flat ribbons or a old ball of yarn. Lst is something your going to update every week and low and slow is key. to much stress and it will snap the branch. Good Luck!

Looks good, I'm agreement with mouse about using something a bit thicker to tie them down with. The thinner the wire the more chance it has of cutting through. After a few days you will probably need to adjust it again.

You'll be fine. I've noticed it a little easier to keep the plant centered over the pot by planting to one side and bending it over rather then planting right in the center but not a real issue by any means. I would recommend continuing to tie down the branches as they start to stretch.
