Seeking help for three plants with magnesium deficiency due to low pH. Using Remo nutrients and BigFoot Mycorrhiza initially. Flushed pots with pH 7 water, but runoff pH remains at 5.8, dropping to 5.2 after a week. Requesting advice. Output ppm matches input, VPD is correct.

Potassium hydroxide is a better PH up. does not add in sodium to the mix. add in some things to boost PH like lime or calcium carbonate "chalk" can help a bit and acts as a buffer.

Ammonium and Sulfer based fertilizers are known to reduce the pH of soil. You may want to take a look at your nutrients and see what they are derived from. Sodium bicarbonate (Aka baking soda) can be used in a mix to flush your plant to help raise the pH in the soil. Be careful and defiantly check your pH in your mix if going this route.
