Semi popped seed

If a seed starts to open, but doesn't leave the ground after a week, should I keep growing it or is it a week seed?

I do not think the seed is weak. I do think that there is just too much water for it do grow correctly. If you can let the soil air out and see what it does over the next couple days. If it doesn’t do anything then obviously you should discard. Some “runts” have turned out to be the best buds.

soil look too damp, you might have overwatered the seeds at the time of transplant in soil or afterward ...
