I think she looks healthy and what you are seeing is probably just a characteristic of Amnesia Lemon. Some strains have tight nodes and some have more space between. I’ve seen it all, but the main thing is she looks healthy. When the plant gets older they will spread out more and won’t be as tight. Hope this helps.
