Hey guys pls help if you can. I think I'm getting to the stage of adding a bit of organic nutrients as shown, it's in thus powdery ground up form. My question is how would I apply this to the soil and how much would I need to use? Sorry if this is dumb, it's my first proper try.

You can apply this as a top dress to your soil and water it in. Typically what you do is put the recommended amount on top of the soil and kind of work it into the top 1” of the soil with your fingers. I suggest going slightly less than the recommended amount because you can always add more later. YouTube has tons of informative videos on top dressing. I’ve watched quite a bit of them when I used to top dress my grows. Hope this helps.

3tablespoons per gallon. Use organic living soil and worm castings for early vegetative stage with 4-4-4. Once in vegetative state transitioning to flower phase, use 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 which will last all the way through your last veg phase and early flowering. then use 50/50 of 2-8-4 and 4-4-4 with bat guano phosphorus in middle of flowering, then flush final week. Hope this helps brother. Make sure to watch your PH, PPM, and calmag deficiencies.

from what I can tell your using this brand/product. https://www.drforest.co.uk/products/organic-4-4-4-fertiliser-with-frass-seaweed-humic It says to add in 5-10ml per L of soil as a premix. 1-5ml per L of soil as a top dress and 50-125g per meter squared. I'd add in 2ml per L as top dress and see how it goes. Should only need to do this aorund week 3-4 if the plants mediums was fortified before, Can always add in more in a few weeks. but hard to take it away if added to much. they recommend topdressing every 2-6 weeks as needed. You will want to mix it into the top layer of soil and maybe even cover it with a new layer of dirt to help it break down and stay moist. that how it will become available. Dry amendments is how I like to grow just add in water and forget about it. I do notice with mine it lacks Magnesium and I need to add that in as well and some Potassium. That brand seems to be copying or using the same ratios as the one I use Gaia Green with 4-4-4 all purpose and 2-8-4 bloom formulas. I would recommend using it in a ratio of 2parts bloom to 3parts grow, It will give you a better NPK value of 3.2-5.6-4 then top dress with that at the rates and direstion suggested above. I would like to see more K added into the mix but it will grow just fine like that. With Gaia Green the 4-4-4 alone always gives me N tox and it needs less. If you notice some Mg deficiencies add a bit of epsom salts into the water but they don't need much. With soil grows its best not to water with runoff as it will strip out all the hard work the microbes did breaking that nutrients down. If its getting water logged add in more perlite to the potting mix on the new run and try not to over water them. Judge how to water based on pots weight when you pick it up or giggle it. Overwatering = Stiff Stems + Limp Leaves Underwatering = Limp Stems + Limp Leaves Good Luck!
