while biobizz recommand to moist the medium a day before transplant to activate microbial life i don't i just transplant in all mix, and water afterward and that's fine.

Rinse in like flush the medium?
You got Organic Soil with that AllMix dont do that...
That will just flush out all useful stuff and get you defos later.
No flush you can even just put them right in the mix to sprout.
