I reviewed your diary and I see that it's an autoflowering plant. Starting from week 4 of life, most genetics begin to flower, or some in week 5. Otherwise, if it's a photoperiod plant and you want to switch to flowering, it's already ready.
I just left the light at the height it is. In the flowering stage, the plant will stretch, and when it's very close to your panel, it might lift it.
Regarding the size of the plant, it's not very short; indica varieties tend to be shorter and wider plants. Anyway, your plant will grow a bit more.
