Leaves growing strange

High friends! Any idea what could be making these leaves stay small & bunch up? This seed is a white widow & has been odd since it sprouted. Sprouted itself in a knot to begin with and then grew misshapen. My other plant is THRIVING with exactly the same nutrients & conditions.

A genetic weirdo that I personally would never have grown out.
Unfortunately, not all seeds make it.
Sometimes you have to be ruthless and reject all that are not prime examples.
Nothing you can do to "fix" this plant, it has defective genetics.
Life is too short to grow "maybes".
