What causes a stem to indent like this on 3week old auto

What might cause an indentation like this? It was more brown but I treated it with some hydrogen peroxide mix and a swab and the brown wiped off. It's not soft by any means. I almost think the brown was from the bark layer shedding but this indent has me worried about stem rot.

It looks like it might be trauma from when younger. It doesn't look like rot or anything to worry about honestly.

It appears to be an issue from the a while ago that has since healed over. Possibly a slight bend that happened while feeding that damaged the tissue. It appears the plant is very healthy otherwise and I wouldn’t worry about it.
