I checked out the diary. I would say that when you are growing and in the vegetive phase (in which you currently are running 18/6 lights) stick with only using the “Grow” fertilizer unless your manufacture tells you to mix them. Typically the extra phosphorus and potassium is not needed during the veg growth phase.
Also, you have listed that your pH is 7. I assume you are mixing your nutrients and testing the pH of that mix. In soil, your best bet is to aim for a pH of 6.1-6.3. You can achieve this by using pH up or pH down solutions. Be mindful a little goes a long way of this stuff.
Another tip would be to download a PPFD meter on your phone and test your light at the top of the plant. Typically in this stage of growth you want close to 350-500 PPFD.
