Hard to tell if its male or female. Not signs of either or on the plant. One thing is that it looks very woody on the stock and is not gowning in a typical pattern like I have seen in other plants. The leaves look like cannabis but have a off appearance, most plants make 5-9 or even upward of 13 fingered leaves and most of the ones I see on this plant are 3 or 1 sometimes 4. its also not as bushy as other plants and growing off side shoots at the nodes. They are also spaced out differently and the plant looks a bit sickly as I bet the soil is not ideal for it. A plant that has been in veg this one should have shown its sex by now even if it did not go into flower. Showing sex would be pistils or the formation of balls at inter-node growths All cannabis photoperiods plants need aorund 11 to 12 hr of uninterrupted darkness to flower, and when that happens they start to go through a stretching period in the first 2-3 weeks of that time. But yours seems to have weird node spacing and no sex signs. I do wonder the origin of this plant, was it a seed? a clone? bought from somewhere? What did the seeds look like if it was a seed. There is a high chance this is not cannabis at all but a lookalike. and If I had to guess I would say it could be Coralbush (Jatropha multifida) It looks a lot like it and share some similarities with it like relaxing leaves of varying numbers and thinker style leaves. Try googling "plants that look like cannabis but aren't" and see if you notice anything. Also give the stem a rub, it should smell a bit like weed, if it does not its not likely weed, If you scar or cut the stems does laytex come out? if yes, its not likely weed, If the roots are really solid like that of a tree or shrub pepper plant vs delicate like that of a tomato, its likely not weed. Ps, you can not reply to question, but your inbox has a Direct Message (DM) feature. Good Luck!
