Follow up to last question about white dots on leaves this is what follows

Do you see any insects anywhere, flying or jumping? See webs anywhere? Possibly thrips or spider mites. Check the underside of leaves, check veins, check lower branches, etc for pests. If lucky, you can remove effected leaf but definitely check other areas.
