I do tge first 7 to 10 days from when I start seed for germination then start week 1. Just depends on when it sprouts.

I count the day it comes up from the soil as Veg day 1. People do it different and say that there should be a seedling stage for the first week. But it really is up to how you want to do it.

It's ultimately up to you, a lot of people do it differently, some consider veg to start once it breaks ground. I do not consider my veg stage to start until I have 1 developed set of true leaves. I wish they would add a seedling stage to the options instead of going from germination to veg stage. I think germination-seedling-veg would be better.
