The breeder has to approve it and when they do there is not notification of it.
One of my diaries got approved by the breeder but I never asked them or reached out. In fact I've never dealt with them before.
You can send them a DM and ask for it to happen, other then that its a hit or a miss on if it will happen.

it's a good sign to submit that diary to a contest sponsored by that brand for sure... no guarantees but means they noticed your diary and liked it at the least.
