I see the little pistil your referring to. I agree with the others, Plants show their sex before hand, it means they are mature and when you flip to flower they are good to go.
Some people grow from 12/12, its does not mean the plant will flower immediately after sprouting because its on 12/12 the plant still needs to be mature like human hitting puberty.
Nothing to worry about. Also if they are autos, then it mean they are entering flowering stage and you should prepare for the stretch that is to follow.

What you are seeing is the plant showing its sex which typically happens when it is mature and ready to flower.

It's not uncommon for a plant to show its sex while still in veg. That's all it is, not really in flower yet. It won't progress further without going 12/12.
