When using SCROG method it’s best to remove anything below the canopy because they will never produce. Kyle Kushman (the king of plant training) said he trims pretty much everything below the net. That includes leaves and nodes.
So my suggestion is to remove those two pieces and more foliage that will not get direct light. This will force more energy up to the stop to produce huge buds.
I checked out your diary and it looks like you could weave your canopy a little more if you desire as well.

I would cut that kind of branches, as they are usually covered from the upper leaves these branches are in the shadow so the growing is poor and underperformed. Better to address the energy took from them to other branches more enlightened... Have a good grow 💪💪💪!

Remove it. If you are in coco, the plants will get much bigger if maintaining the coco

You should cut everything that is below the canopy. It won't get light, and the plant will waste energy trying to make those shoots grow. By cutting and pruning the lower parts, you'll encourage the development of the canopy and you'll get bigger buds. Cheers.

Gday again mate
personally I would remove all of the lowest branches , then try to open up the rest so that more light and plenty of airflow can reach it
the more energy that can get to the main branching the better as it will give better yield potential
