Hey there,I think your problem is a deficiency caused by a nutrient lockout due to low ph, ph5,8 is a bit low for soil and it makes it very difficult for the plant to absorb most nutrient like P,K,Cal, actually only N is easy to absorb at this ph so mostly the problems start in flower when they need p,k and Cal the most
This is also why your buds aren’t developing as nice as they should
Try to get your ph in veg between 6-2 and 6.7 and for flower 6.5 and 7
The last few weeks of my grows I don’t adjust my tapwater anymore,it’s around 8 and after adding nutrients it drops to 7 and I leaf it like this even though I’m growing in coco where the ph is even lower than in soil

Looks like you have toxicity and deficiency signs. That is commonly seen in salt build up In the substrate. If you had not been getting 20 to 30 percent run off when you fed that was the whole problem.
