Doesn’t look quite that bad to be honest, I’ve seen far worse. But this is pure genetics in my opinion. If you have another plant that is doing this from the same breeder I would say that run is not very good.

Could be a genetic quirk, or maybe just a random mutation.
As long as the rest of your plant seems healthy and happy, I wouldn't stress too much about a few wonky leaves. Just keep doing your thing, and enjoy the unique character your plant's bringing to the table.
