is she missing something?
Yesterday I poured 500ml into a 6l pot and this morning when I opened the tent I found it like this. Should I leave it alone so that it recovers?

I would say that you should follow your own advice and leave her to recover. 😊
Other than that i think that a 6L pot is to small for a an autoflower, but almost to big to easily re-pot. 😶
