As only upper leaves seem to be affected, I would say that it's a heat stress. Upper leaves might be too close to the growing light + your room temperature is 80ºF, that seems a bit excessive. Try lowering temperature and dim light a little. I want to point that you have another issue: yellowing tips of the leaves, this is sign of nutrient burn, you need to check it too.

What is the light model you are using and at what height and dimmer setting? The tips/edges are starting to brown and the leaves are tacoing so it may be light/heat stress. Can try to dim the light a little or raise it a little and see if conditions improves. You can get an App on your phone called Photone that you can check ppfd with, it's a good reference tool that allows people to know what range plants like at different stages of growth.
