How do you prepare your BioBizz Coco Mix before planting, besides mixing with Perilite?
Do you strain? Wash? Flush? Mix with nutrients?
Last grow I just mixed, flushed with ph-balanced water and shoved my seeds inside

If it worked last grow it should be fine. Coir is void of nutrients so a small feed is ideal for a sprout/seedling. 100ppm kinda thing.
Most cannabis brands that use coco buffer their product. but if your going to use a shit brand of coir "big box store house brand" it would be best to rinse it well to remove all the salt from it and then soak in a strong CaMg solution for a good 8hrs followed by another rinse. then good to go.I really like CANNA brand, buffered and fermented/aged.
