Your air-pots assembled the wrong way.
The row without holes should be at the top of the pot, not at the bottom.
Your plant definitely have nutrient deficiency.
You should check runoff for pH and EC.
Act on results: either add more nutrients/correct pH or flash.

It is most likely a magnesium deficiency, it is recommended to maintain a K:Ca:Mg ratio of 4:2:1. Also keep an eye on the pH of the soil and in my opinion you could slightly increase the concentration of nutrients, I see the leaves of the plant are very light.
