Leaf looks a bit odd?

Is something wrong with my Northern Lights Auto or could that be genetics? That one leaf looks a bit odd, I haven't watered her since 2 days ago and with 200ml ph water 6.4, the light is 65cm away and the Fan is 50cm up blowing to the tent wall 24/7. Biobizz Light Mix no ferti.
