Week 6 but no buds growth. help

Hi, I'm a novice grower, (I have a Kosher Cookies) I'm on week 6 of flowering but I still don't see major growth of buds, searching online I saw that it looks more like what a week 4 flowering should look like.
Could you give me your opinion, am I doing something wrong?

They need higher phosphorous and potassium and less nitrogen when blooming. But 6 weeks into flower and your buds are very under developed. You have light leaks? Are your lights on a 12 on 12 off schedule?
I'm 13 days into flower and my buds are almost like yours

too generous with nutrients would be my guess because of burned tips and red striped stem. but without diary or information about medium and watering/feeding routine its just a shot in the wild
