Letting your soil dry out to the point when u add water if it pisses out the ends. You get what you've got Salt burn, ph imbalances etc. Also. Your ducting Is tat blowing air into your tent? If so reverse it. A negative seal is much better. And a good clip oscillating fan.

Your soil looks very dry So, my thinking is. You let it dry up way too much. And This is extreme salt burn from your roots sucking up far too much when you let them dry out too much you're gonna have issues like this..
