Can someone tell me if I can fill up the soil a bit now so that the ladies stand a little more stable? (I'm a bit afraid they might fall over on me)

yes you can backfill more soil right up to just below the cotyledon leaves which are the first little rounded ones that appear after germination not only will it provide the support your after but the buried stem will develop roots from itself Good luck mate

You don't need to top up! Only if they start to stretch. Then top up to the first level once. So where the first side shoots come out.

Hallo, Etwas Erde aufzufüllen ist keine schlechte Idee. Würde als Support noch etwas zum stabilisieren neben die kleinen stecken. So mache ich das auch um abknicken zu verhindern. Wie weit ist deine Lampe entfernt ? Möglicherweise zu weit und sie strecken sich aus diesem Grund stark. Viel Erfolg bei deinem weiteren Grow Buddy
