Hairs turning orange week 4 of flower?
I’ve checked for herms everything seems ok. Going really orange for this stage. A little insight would be great.

That's not 4 weeks of flower, unless this is a bad guess at an autoflower's bloom phase initiation. It was likely in flower 7-10 before you realized it. this looks clsoer to 35 days of flower.
This looks perfectly fine relative to development of the calyxes - the plumpness and general look of the bud.
