I was wondering if any of you have any suggestions for a dehumidifier to put inside a 5x5 tent. The dehumidifier needs to have a turn on above ?% humidity and off below ?% humidity. Lighting needs to be able to be taped or turned off. WiFi app monitoring ability would be a +

OK. So, with dehumidifiers in tents. Heres what you need to know. Using a dehumidifier in a tent it would be a sealed tent right? So no regular in/out flow of air. As if you've an intake or exhaust set up. You need to do the room your tent is in. As your drawing air from your room in to your tent and it'll bring the rooms RH in. And the dehumidifier specs you wanting will cost you. 5-800$. What's your RH?

Better to have it outside the Tent preferably where your tent takes its air from I would just not recommend it having inside the tent since the thing produces heat in the process.

Just to add the app is free and I bought WiFi plugs and sensor from amazon, I think the plugs are about £10 each and the sensor was about £25. I use a few plugs, 1 for my light, 1 for radiator, 1 for Dehumidifier or humidifier depending on stage of the grow, 1 for radiator, 1 for Extractor, 1 for fans, 1 for my automatic feeding schedule. Very handy to have as I can access my system anywhere.

An app called smart life is my controller. Devices are plugged into WiFi plugs, I have a WiFi temp/humidity sensor that communicates with smart life. I can set variables like if temp drops below 20c during lights on the turn on the WiFi plug the radiator is plugged into, same with RH and a Dehumidifier or humidifier. My WiFi sensor sends the temp reading if temp moves 1c and if RH moves 5%

Can't you just run an extraction fan and set it to kick on at the humidity you desire?
