Wow the top soil is not watered ๐Ÿ‘ thats rare and people even suggesting in the comments that it should be watered all the time but thats BS - you sir are doing a good job of not overwatering! The more air at the roots the better - thats how hydroponic systems work. your plants should be dry more often than wet! From your diary I can see that you are trying to give new seedlings the same amount of light than 5 week old plants but this is not how this works. Your seedlings want 100W at best and your 5 week should be way bigger and should consume 250W at that stage. Try to raise or dim your light. If you do this right with your new plants they will kick your old once out of the tent in a few weeks.

Your light is way to strong. It's too much for seedlings and the light will dry out the top soil too fast. This hurts the plants, as they need to use their energy to grow their roots deeper. If you now also water too much you get will often see some additional burnt tips like with nutrient burn, but also on the edges. Avoid this and get the lights to 25%.

They are visibly bigger since 2 days ago when you asked last question. Your light is too close and too bright.

They're way too bright, 300-350 max is the way for those seedlings. Could be the reason why they're rather small for 10 days. Also, the soil looks very dry, do you spray them with water regularly? And what's the RLH and temperature in the tent? Could also be a reason for stunted growth.
