Over-water or too close to the light? This happened after watering but she's also been very close to the light for about a week

Does this look like over-watering? or from the light? Mars Hydro TSW2000 300w, last few days she's been only 3" from the light which was at 75% and 20/4 schedule, ~80F temp. I got her a little lower in the 2nd pic, I cant raise light and on 18/6 now. Been a couple days now.

does not look like overwatering to me. but maybe it just a bit to much and recovers in a day.
100% to close to light at 3" good work LST'ing it down.

If it was overwatering the leaves would be more droopy across the whole plant. It is just too close to light. Probably in a hot spot the light is giving off as well.
