Over-water or too close to the light? This happened after watering but she's also been very close to the light for about a week

Does this look like over-watering? or from the light? Mars Hydro TSW2000 300w, last few days she's been only 3" from the light which was at 75% and 20/4 schedule, ~80F temp. I got her a little lower in the 2nd pic, I cant raise light and on 18/6 now. Been a couple days now.

If it was overwatering the leaves would be more droopy across the whole plant. It is just too close to light. Probably in a hot spot the light is giving off as well.
