New VPD chart

Standard VPD chart says I need to be at 17 degrees celcius if I want 40% humidity for final flower stage. 17c is cold enough to stop production of fowering, so how can VPD be relevent? "Quest" have a better chart that uses leaf temperature and is better suited for cannabis flower
